The Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) Stronger Student App is intended to connect students with crisis support resources or to other mental and physical health/wellness needs, including to reporting incidents of discrimination.

Users can access:

  • Emergency and crisis contact information

  • Mental and physical health resources

  • Tools to file confidential reports about bullying, harassment, and/or hate bias with MCPS

  • Information concerning student rights within MCPS


Using this tool is COMPLETELY anonymous. No personally-identifying data whatsoever will be collected through your use of this app. Only if you choose to submit a report, and enter your information, will MCPS have any identifiable record.

  • Crisis Management

    Access crisis or emergency resources within the local community. If in a dire situation, exit this app and dial 911 immediately.

  • General Resources

    Access resources geared toward mental health and wellness, trauma support, and other support systems both within and outside of MCPS.

  • Reporting

    File a report related to Title IX, bullying/harassment, child abuse, or other areas of concern.

  • Information & Rights

    What is harassment? What is bullying? Help identify when a situation may be concerning, and access information about student rights (such as Title IX).
